HANDLING REQUESTS FOR REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS IN HOUSING
Patients with physical or mental impairments that substantially limit one or more life activities have the right to request physical modifications to their living spaces and/or flexibility as to how housing rules are applied.

For persons living in Boston Housing Authority (BHA) housing or processing Section 8 vouchers administered by the BHA, the BHA requires completion of its standardized request and certification forms.
